
Our last event for the year will be at Albion St, Brunswick East.

Site information and activities: The wetland and surrounding vegetation at Albion St provide habitat for rare aquatic plants and native birds such as Superb Fairy-wrens and Rainbow Lorikeets. We will be hand weeding to help improve conditions for the native wetland, streambank and shrubland plants in the area.

Please bring water, sunscreen and a hat. It's important that you wear suitable protective clothing: long sleeves, long pants and enclosed shoes. We also encourage you to bring insecticide and familiarise yourself with preventative measures for the Buruli Ulcer.
We will finish work around 12 midday. MCMC will supply clean hand tools and gloves; however, you are welcome to bring your own. In the event of extreme weather, please check your emails for any cancellation. (A little bit of rain doesn't count!)
Please don't attend if you are feeling unwell, or have cold or flu-like symptoms. Any children (under 18) attending must at all times be in the company of, and under the direct supervision of, their parent or guardian.
